Our first guests arrived 3,500 years ago and liked the place so much, they stayed . . .
According to local legend, the first Fijians arrived around 1500 BC, landing on the beach at First Landing Resort.
Today, also you can discover our unique Pacific Paradise where a warm Fijian welcome awaits you.
The resort is nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and massive rain trees, just 15 minutes by road from Nadi Airport - and blessed with the only white sand beach in the Nadi area. The beach faces due west, giving breathtaking sunsets across the nearby islands.
We are a small, owner-operated resort featuring one of the South Pacific's premier restaurants. We pride ourselves on personal attention to our guests, and the genuine hospitality of our staff will ensure your stay is a memorable one.

Subtle Cuisine
First Landing has one of the South Pacific's best restaurants, winning a Gold Medal at the annual chefs competition. We combine the essential ingredients of great food, the friendliest staff and a fantastic ambience, with its unique beachfront setting. Timber decks and coral platforms are set amidst swaying palms, overlooking the ocean and gardens.
Our award-winning executive chef, Emmanuel Singh, with over ten years' experience at the prestigious Regent of Fiji (now the Sheraton Royal Denarau Resort), brings a range of culinary delights to First Landing.
The restaurant is not only popular with our guests, but also with locals, visiting yachts and guests from other hotels in the Nadi area.
Our great team of chefs create local and international dishes to suit any palate. The extensive menu features fresh lobster and seafood as well as great steaks and exotic local dishes, using an array of fresh, local produce. Our pizzas are cooked in a truly unique South Pacific wood oven.
Our menus have a wide range of local and international dishes with a strong focus on seafood. Prices range from F$7 to F$15 for breakfast, F$8 to F$23 for most lunch courses, F$6 to F$13 for dinner starters and F$20 to F$35 for a dinner main course. Fresh Lobster dishes are around F$50. Our great pizzas range from F$10 for an individual up to a family size marinara for F$26.
We have a nice selection of New Zealand and Australian wines ranging in price from F$22 to F$36 per bottle. Our great setting makes our 'Cocktails in Paradise' just that much better. And don't forget to try our local brew - Fiji Bitter Beer.
After a busy day exploring rainforests and islands or just relaxing around the pool, you can look forward to a culinary delight under the palm trees with our local musicians playing relaxing island music.
Staff
Staff ? Isn't that... well, sort of usual, that there is staff ? Might be in other countries but not in Fiji.
Fijians are famous for their friendly nature and genuine hospitality, and our staff are no exception ...
In fact, being a small resort means that our staff have time to remember names and enjoy the company of our guests.
The moment you arrive, you will be greeted with Fiji's famous expression of welcome - "BULA" - a word you will hear a lot of while you are here.
Most of our staff are from neighbouring villages and are delighted to arrange a visit and tour for you; the Fijian people take great pride in telling you about their local customs and traditions.
Our Indian staff are unique in their own way as well. They are just as friendly, but in a more quiet and unassuming way. Having two distinctly different cultures in Fiji make for a very interesting stay.

Activities
The quiet atmosphere lends itself to activities of a relaxing nature ...
Our large fresh water swimming pool is one of the best in Fiji, with banana and pawpaw trees growing around the edges, a waterfall and interesting tile mosaics.
Adjacent to First Landing Resort is Vuda Point Yacht Marina where there are many local and overseas yachts. In addition, there is a general store and yacht club at the Marina.
You can do as much, or as little, as you please.

First Landing Resort has an all-timber 'plantation style' cottage theme. We took a local design used in outer island and rainforest villages, and modified it to enhance our unexpected paradise.
All bures (cottages) are superbly appointed with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, designer furnishings and a private, screened verandah.
Our 18 brand-new Beachfront Spa Bures command spectacular and expansive views across the ocean and nearby islands. They have a private spa bath in the bathroom with a 'secret window' for ocean views.
All bures have a westerly aspect for fantastic tropical sunsets.
The 10 Deluxe Garden Bures and 4 Superior Garden bures are set in lush tropical gardens near the beach.

The Superior Bures have a Queen size bed; the Deluxe Bures have either a King size, or 2 Double, beds. Up to 2 single beds can be added, as required.

How to get to the hotel? |

First Landing Resort is located on the main island of Fiji, Viti Levu, and only 15kms north-west of Nadi International Airport. Lautoka, Fiji's second largest city, is just 15 minutes away by road, with Nadi town, the main shopping area, 30 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
.If cancellation is received 15 days or more prior to arrival, then 20% of the full amount will be lost.
.If cancellation is received between 14-8 days of arrival, then 1 night charged will apply.
.If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival or no show, then the full amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Children Policy
.Two children under the age of 15 will be free of charge if they stay with two adults.
.Not applicable for 2 Bedroom Beach Villa.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
