Location. Mana Island Resort & Spa is located off the western shore of Lautoka, Fiji, in the Mamanuca Islands, noted for their white-sand beaches. The resort is 500 meters from Sand Bay and two kilometers from Likuliku Island and Malolo Island.
Hotel Features. Mana Island Resort & Spa offers an extensive list of recreational activities, including a variety of water sports such as fishing, boating and surfing. A scuba diving operator is located on site. The resort also includes a day spa and two outdoor pools, one a freeform pool with a large landscaped sun deck. Recreation amenities also include a playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a jogging track, billiards tables, classes in local cooking and weaving, island cruises and activities for children. The resort also includes a marina. Dining options include South Beach Restaurant, which offers Italian, French, Pacific Rim and Japanese fusion cuisine. Mamanuca Restaurant serves pastas, salads and grilled dishes. The resort also offers three bars, including a poolside bar. The hotel also provides a business center and meeting rooms. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Pets are not permitted in the resort.
Guestrooms. The resort's 152 bures (villas) and suites (no elevator) include balconies or patios, traditional Fijian or contemporary décor and separate sitting areas. Accommodations also include wireless Internet access, CD players, direct-dial phones, desks, safes, refrigerators, minibars, coffee and tea makers and complimentary bottled water. All bures and suites are air-conditioned and include ceiling fans.
Expert Tip. In addition to its famous white-sand beaches, the Mamanuca Islands also enjoy a surprisingly consistent, pleasant and sunny climate year-round with moderate temperatures. Access to the mainland is primarily by ferry, launch, helicopter and seaplane.
